Since EducationChamp is an online e-commerce portal and an intermediary as defined by applicable law, EducationChamp is not obliged to monitor or control the actions of Tutors and/or their teaching pattern and content of study material, books and/or product(s) being authored, published, printed and sold on www.educationchamp.com ("Website") or eC App. However EducationChamp at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law may choose to monitor any Tutor, Student, Merchant and/or product(s) or other content and may remove any such content from the Website/App if EducationChamp determines in its sole discretion that such content is in violation of EducationChamp's policies or any applicable law.

REPORT IPR INFRINGEMENT 

·     Reporting Violation of your Intellectual Property Rights

EducationChamp, its brand owners and associate companies respect the intellectual property rights of all entities. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated in any manner, please write to us on grievance@educationchamp.com with the subject line clearly marked as  “Notice of Infringement of Intellectual Property” ("IP Infringement Notice").

·     Your IP Infringement Notice affirms that

You declare that all statements made by you are true;

You acknowledge and agree that we may share your Notice to third parties including the parties involved in the allegedly infringing activities, our group companies, our advisors and other third parties;

You agree to indemnify EducationChamp and its group companies against all claims which may arise in connection with such a Notice being made by You.

·     When we receive your Notice

We shall evaluate the contents of the Notice

We may take such action as we deem appropriate in keeping with our policies and applicable law which may include, asking further details from you or taking down the content that was the subject matter of Your Notice.

To report infringement of trademark/copyright/design on www.educationchamp.com , pl. write to us separately on grievance@educationchamp.com with the subject line clearly marked as “Notice of Infringement of trademark/copyright/design on www.educationchamp.com”.

REPORT OTHER CONCERNS

·     Report of Violation of EducationChamp Policy or any of the provisions under applicable Law

If you believe that there is any content available on the Website which is contrary to EducationChamp's policies or applicable law ("Objectionable Content"), then please immediately notify to EducationChamp Grievance Officer on grievance@educationchamp.com with the subject line clearly marked as "Notice of Objectionable Content on www.educationchamp.com". When you send such Objectionable Content Notice, please ensure that your notification contains the following details, without which the notice will not be considered for further action :

  Your name, email id, phone number and postal address

 The exact nature of the Objectionable Content (such as whether the Objectionable Content is a Product

being sold on our Website or is a Product review or a Product description)

The exact location (including the relevant web page) where the Objectionable Content appears

 Why do you consider the content to be objectionable?

If you believe that any content on our website contain any form of objectionable material or information, please inform by writing email to our Grievance officer on grievance@educationchamp.com.

·     When you write to us about Objectional content on our Website
